Today, I worked on increasing running capacity with the family, and also my own capacity with double session.

A full day of rest and eating to recover from the heavy volume of the week.

Half Murf +

The day starts with a quick garage session in the morning and finishes in the heat of the day with a half Murph plus deadlifts

Work Capacity

30 reps, 3 exercises per round for Six rounds. Is it a sprint or not? The rest of the session builds clean and jerk strength.

Strengthen shoulders and back with an accessory garage workout. Capped with light cardio.

A quick Tabata session for a Saturday morning to get the heart rate up.

Training Day

A two session day. The first working a hang squat clean, front squat, and jerk complex and finishing with 4 rounds for time of sit-ups, running, and jumping squats. The evening family session includes a long walk and a quick metcon.
