Starting the day off with a session of running, and then capping it with a couple of EMOM focuses on cleans and jerks.
A great family workout focusing on deadlifts as a functional movement. We picked up odd objects and concentrated on maintaining a strong neutral back position.
Today, I worked on increasing running capacity with the family, and also my own capacity with double session.
A full day of rest and eating to recover from the heavy volume of the week.
The day starts with a quick garage session in the morning and finishes in the heat of the day with a half Murph plus deadlifts
