We increase the number of reps for each set to work on muscle endurance.

Keeping it light to allow the body to recover for 1rm max attempts on Friday.
Today’s focus is on perfecting olympic lifting techniques with light snatch and clean and jerk work. We also practice gymnastics, and end the day with some rowing and GHD sit-ups.
Today we are hitting heavy singles to adapt the body to one rep maxes. We are also doing a workout for Brock to help him fight his battle against an illness.
